Phew, what an event…

I am always surprised at the amount of amazing people I got to meet and know in such a short space of time, but to feel like I’ve known them forever.

We were welcomed with drinks, a whole lot of networking, more drinks and then the pitches started.

The cohort had so many different businesses and the pitches were on point.

Hoping they will all get the investment they require to get further ahead.

We had 10 pitches, but listened to only 6 until we got a sugar treat. (Amazing display and of course I had a bit of…. all of it from marshmallows to popcorn to kittkats and so on)

More drinks and back to our seats for one of the most insightful panel I got to listened to.

A lot of tips and advice about what different types of investors are looking for and the way to be presenting to each one.

We had the rest of the pitches after and…. You guessed it, more networking, food (briskett taco’s yum yum ) and drinks.

Amazing to meet David Woods Mark Beresford Dec McLaughlin Reena Grewal Cormac Neeson Liam Barrie Dr. Karim A. Bahou James Mooney Sneha Dhar Gavin Sherratt Steven Ingley James Barber Mahmoud Khalil to name just a few

As always a small group stayed until the end AND moved over to a nearby pub for more chatting and drinks.

Liverpool never disappoints. That’s a good enough excuse for being there twice in a week.
